Bizzon and RBH, a leading UK-based independent hotel management and services company, have announced a new partnership that will see Bizzon’s cloud-based restaurant management technology used to improve both the customer journey and staff efficiency.
The partnership strengthens Bizzon’s continued growth within the hospitality market while underpinning RBH’s commitment to ensuring operational excellence. ibis Budget Heathrow T5 - the latest Accor-franchise addition to RBH’s growing portfolio - will be the first hotel within its collection to benefit from Bizzon’s ePos and digital ordering solution.
The connected platform will allow hotel guests to order food and drink from the hotel's digital menu with their own mobile phones, freeing the hotel team to prioritise other elements of service. Fully integrated with Mews PMS, guests will have the choice to either pay up front or charge to their room and pay on check out. In addition, all F&B sales will be sent to Mews PMS, providing ibis Heathrow T5 with a holistic view of its performance.
Vibhu Gaind, Chief Information officer at RBH, said: “When tasked on the rebranding, refurbishing and operations at the Heathrow T5, we knew it was vital to implement technology that will enable us to adapt to changing regulations and meet guest’s evolving expectations. We’re thrilled to partner with Bizzon and benefit from its agile and connected platform to ensure a seamless experience for our guests when the hotel opens.”
Ante Kotarac, Bizzon CEO says: "We are delighted to partner with an industry leader like RBH to develop a market-leading F&B customer experience. We strongly believe that our software supports their mission of increasing guest satisfaction through operational excellence.”
ibis Budget Heathrow T5 Hotel joins RBH’s portfolio of more than 45 branded and independent hotels across the UK, and represents the company’s 15th hotel rebrand. You can learn more about RBH here.
